The historic building on St. Margrethenstrasse dates to the 18th century. At that time, the premises were used a forge. In the spring 2019, the house was completely renovated and rebuilt according to the new requirements. Now the house offers space for 4 serviced apartments that are managed by LivingMoments.
The serviced apartments are located near the old town of Chur. Parking is available nearby.

All our units are equipped with a set of bed linen and towels. It's the renters responsibility to wash these regularly (can also be booked as an additional service).
