Serviced Apartments means that the apartment offers additional services. At LivingMoments basic services are standard and therefore included at no additional cost.
Cleaning every two weeks is included as a standard.
Charges such as water and electricity are included in all our units.
All our units are equipped with a set of bed linen and towels. It's the renters responsibility to wash these regularly (can also be booked as an additional service).
We empty your waste bins during the interim cleaning (within the usual scope, excluding hazardous waste).
TV connection is included in all our units.

Your mail will be placed in your storage shelf. This service is for all units.
WLAN is availible and free of charge. You will get password upon check-in.
