To what kind of people is LivingMoments Serviced Apartments address for?

Our offer is geared towards professionals. These are e.g. Project managers who must perform a task in a company for a certain period or trainees going through a training program. We also count weekly residents and seasonal employees among our customers. Another group are people moving to a new area but still not found a suitable apartment. Sometimes you just want to wait for the probationary period at work before you start looking for a longer-term housing solution. Even people moving out of their home in case of a house renovation or simply need a change of scenery, will find a temporary home with us.

Sometimes our guests stay longer than just a few months. We currently have guests living in our apartments for several years, this is also possible.

What is the difference between LivingMoments Serviced Studios / Apartments and normal hotels?

You stay with us like in a hotel – just at a lower price with adapted service.
A big difference to a hotel is that you book a stay with us for at least one month.

Like in a hotel, all our accommodation are furnished and fully equipped. The studios and apartments all have a private bathroom. The apartments also have their own integrated kitchen.

We also provide bed linen and towels.
In addition, we offer our guests an infrastructure for common use; shared kitchen, laundry room with washing machine, dryer, ironing station, lounge, some with fitness room and library.

Compared to the hotel, our service is a bit shortened.
Cleaning every 14 days (bathroom, floor, dusting, etc.).
Self-wash of bed linen and towels. Additional service can be easily booked.

We do not have a reception. You can reach us by phone between 8 a.m. to 11 a.m. We will answer your WhatsApp, SMS and e-mail as quickly as possible.
Emergencies also outside of office hours.

What is the difference between LivingMoments Serviced Studios and Apartments and normal rental apartments?

Our residential units can be booked directly online in a short time. We create a rental agreement for a one month stay or longer. You choose the duration of the lease; the notice period is only one month.

Our studios and apartments are fully equipped and furnished. When you move in, you do not have to worry about things like furniture, curtains, carpets, etc. We also take care of cleaning and maintenance for you.

Compared to the apartments for rent, the ancillary services are extensive and already included in the price. These include: 2 times cleaning per month, TV, internet access, electricity, water / sewerage, heating costs, lamps, shower heads, etc. and care services such as snow removal. You can easily book additional services.

What do I mean by an "economy" studio?

Economy is the lower price class, offers everything, but in a smaller space. Economy label includes the most important services. You can find more information about our labels here.

What do I need to bring with me when I rent a Serviced Apartment by LivingMoments?

Your clothes, toiletries, communication devices, and some personal items. Your kitchen is equipped, the beds are made, the furniture is provided. You do not have to worry about internet or TV. Just move in, live, relax and enjoy your time.

How often the apartments will be cleaned?

Cleaning is included every 2 weeks. Weekly cleaning on request.

Do you have internet in the accommodation?

Yes, our guests can use the wireless internet in the whole building. Disturbances or interruptions cannot be excluded.

Is it possible to change towels and bed linen?

Yes, it is possible. In general, towels and bed linen are not changed / cleaned by our staff. However, this additional service can be booked. Please ask us when you book the apartment.

Do you have a smoking accommodation?

No, our house is a non-smoking house. Smoking is only allowed outside, in the front of the house or on the terrace.

Is there a possibility to rent a parking space?

Some locations have already a parking space included in the rental price. There is usually the option of renting an additional parking space. Please ask us.

Do you have parking spaces for visitors?

No, we do not have enough parking spaces. Please use a public parking space or a parking garage nearby.

Is it allowed to have guests in the studio / apartment overnight?

Usually the studio and apartment offer space for one to two persons. The maximum occupancy is specified in the rental agreement. Please note that a visitor's fee may apply. This fee must be paid directly at the tourist office.

Can we have an extra bed?

We do not have any extra beds. Some of the larger apartments are equipped with a sofa bed.

Can our baby stay for free in our apartment?

Yes, but there are no baby beds available.

Are pets allowed in your apartments?

No pets allowed in serviced apartments. Our cleaning and rest guidelines do not apply to pets.

Who will help me in case of problems?

The reception is not manned. You can reach us by phone on weekdays from 8 a.m. to 11 a.m. We are available 24 hours a day via WhatsApp, SMS and email. We will call you back immediately for emergencies. We always try to find a solution to your request as quick as possible.

Can we visit the studio and the house before booking?

Yes of course. Our housekeeping is usually from 9 a.m. to 11 a.m. in the house.

Can we book online without a viewing?

Yes of course you can book directly online. Just fill out the rental application form. We will contact you back and send all the contractual information by email.

How can I make a reservation?

Simply fill out the rental application form. If the accommodation is available, you will receive the rental agreement directly online; otherwise we will offer you an alternative accommodation.

Can I make a provisional reservation?

This is usually not possible. Our studios and apartments are also shortly available, because of the one month notice period.

It is possible to pay when I arrive?

The first rent, the final cleaning fee and the deposit must be paid before arrival. In addition to online banking, we also offer payment solutions with credit cards, Twint, Paypall or deposits at the post office counter.
No local payments will be accepted.

Can I make partial payments / weekly?

Unfortunately this is not possible.

We are a company and would like to take over the costs for our employees. Is this possible?

Yes this is possible. We will send you an invoice.

I want to extend my stay!

We are pleased. Please contact us as soon as possible via email, SMS or using the contact form. We will try to extend your stay in the same apartment, otherwise we will find an alternative.

I want to leave earlier!

Please use the termination of the contract form. We try to rent out the accommodation you have booked immediately. During the agreed period of notice, you remain liable until the re-let. Experience has shown that the accommodation can be rented out quickly thanks to the high demand and the low prices.

How long is the reception open?

There is no reception in the house. You can reach us by phone / weekdays from 8 a.m. to 11 a.m. We are available 24 hours a day via WhatsApp, SMS and email. For emergencies we will call you back immediately.

When can I check in?

On the 1st day of the rental month, from 4 p.m. Earlier check-in times on request.

Our arrival takes place outside of office hours. How do we get our keys for the studio?

You will find the key in the code box.

I want to cancel my booking!

To cancel your booking just send us the termination of the contract form. We will try to rent out the accommodation you have booked immediately. Experience has shown that the accommodation can be rented out quickly thanks to the low prices.
During the agreed period of notice, you remain liable until the re-let.

When do we have to be checked out of our apartment?

At 10 a.m. on the last day of the month.

Where can I leave the keys?

Please put the key in our mailbox / service box, no later than 10 a.m. on the agreed check out date.

Do I have to clean the apartment before check out?

No, we do the final cleaning for you. A final cleaning fee (usually CHF 200) has already be charged before check in.

How do I get back my deposit?

Please fill in the check-out form. This way we get the information needed to refund the deposit.
Please note that we can only refund the deposit after we get back the key and checked the accommodation.
